Refund policy

At Epoch Beauty MKE we strive to meet your needs and make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Due to the availability of limited pieces at this time there are No returns we offer in store credit ONLY. (No Refunds, No Exceptions). Our policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since you received the item(s), unfortunately we can not offer you a Credit or exchange. (Count seven days from the delivery date as stated on your USPS tracking number.)

In the event that you are entitled to an exchange; buyer is responsible for shipping back to Epoch Beauty MKE and shipping of the exchanged item.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags.

*Please note: Store credit based on return does include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of Epoch Beauty MKE
